Air Bags on Trucks
The question is, Do the add on air bags help stablize the rear end of a truck while towing. Normally I wouldn't even consider air bags, but in a recent trip a dip on I-10 ( and there are many)sent our truck and Montana on a roller coaster ride. I am considering the air bags to stiffen the hitch area. Right now we have a F-350 Diesel which has the campers special heavy duty spring setup on a single axle 8 ft bed. It has done a good job supporting our montana. Is anyone else using these air bags and is it helping to stable the bounce of the truck and 5th wheel.
