We've seen that gathering grow from 5 trailers to 30 trailers, and it's as comfortable and informal now as it was then. That's quite a tribute to the wagonmasters and the MOCers who joined together for much more than an RV show. It is getting harder to hike across the circle, though.
We even had at least 3 or 4 Montana owners show up who heard about the gathering and came to see what it was all about. We did a little recruiting and promoting and expect to get some new members.
It's amazing what everyone has to contribute snd how ready they are to share.
Bob

We would add our THANKS also. We thoroughly enjoyed our Fellowship of the Q Circle. What a great event this has turned into.
Well we managed to actually leave the Q Circle at 8:05. Almost exactly on time. For us this is a momentous event! We arrived home (Bakersfield) at 4:30. A long trip for us.... about 388 miles. We usually only go about 200 to 250 miles or so. But found that even though long it is completely doable for us.
Everyone please journey safely and keep us informed regarding Grant and Kathy.
Thanks again for the most enjoyable Q Circle yet. They just keep getting better. Can hardly wait till next year.

Our thanks go out to all that helped make this a great event. Especially to those that arrived early to secure our great circle. The pot luck dinner was a great success and the food was even better. We hope that the agenda was not to stressful on anyone :-)
See you all next year.

Jan and I dropped in on Saturday fom Yuma for a visit during the afternoon and quite enjoyed ourselves. Thanks to all for making us feel welcome and thanks for sharing the snacks with us. We had a good visit with several of you and look forward to 7 Feathers. The downside there were none of Jan's cookies (which I shouldn't be eating anyway)left to take home. LOL.

Charlie, slightly off topic, but between you and Robbie, you have the most stunning pictures as part of your signature. Where is your picture taken? Did you take it?
And, Robbie, if you read this, where is your picture taken, and did you take it?

Thanks Bob,
Mine is from Death Valley and Robbie's is from Canyon De Chelly in northern AZ. I took some pics of the same spot last fall but I think Robbie's is better.

Robbie, that really is a beautiful picture. I think you should enter it in a photo contest, like the National Forests annual contest or others. Thats another spot for our list of places to go!!

Well it looks like the party is over. We have had between ten and twelve rigs here since the rally officially ended (some of us hate to leave). We have installed stained glass windows, adjusted brakes on rigs, installed inverters, wired up remote switches for the inverters, had several group food activities, enjoyed a campfire each evening and shared some really great times with some really great people.
Robbie and Alice left this morning and the rest of us are leaving tomorrow. Which is going to work out very well. It seems the local BLM Ranger made an appearance today. The first one he found was Mel & Joy - who have only been here a few days. But he wasn't buying it, he "knows" the Montana group has been here for weeks. He wanted us to depart immediately. Mel told him everyone was leaving in the morning and he allowed as that would be acceptable.
While a couple of us may have overstayed the posted limit, there are lots of other groups here who have also exceeded the limit. They have been invited to vacate too. Now that the crowds are gone and there is lots of room in the desert it seems like the BLM is back to work. We had not seen a BLM Ranger the entire time we have been here. Oh well, rules are rules (and we were planning to leave anyway).
Thanks to all those who made this event the success it was. Whether you were an organizer or just a participant, you made the event such a great experience!!!!
Hopefully we will see you all again next year.

Carl,
So you got caught! Stealing from the U.S. Government! So put that desert back where it belongs! Good thing you had that smooth talking Mel with you or you'd have had to leave immediately. Sounds like you folks had simply too much fun! Save some for next year.
Glad it all turned out well for you folks. One last night of campfire. Wish we were there.
If things work out we hope to be back over that way soon. Mary Kay can hardly wait to get over to Laughlin to give away what little money we have! Well I guess we have to look on it as creating a job for someone.
See you later.
Dennis

Does anyone know where I can get one of those blue water bladders we used at Quartzsite?

As a matter of fact, I do.
Try here.....
Blue Bladder from CW
And you'll also want the 12-volt water pump from Harbor Freight. Sorry, I couldn't point you there, I'm on a slow connection.

We too had a great time, at our first-ever MOC rally. We were new to the organization and had no idea what to expect in the circle at Q, but had a wonderful week, met a bunch of friendly, welcoming folks. We're look forward to Q next year.
Thanks to all who worked so hard to make the event a success.
