AM Poker Hand Helpers Needed

I need to have 3 others join me to sell the tally sheet to those who want to participate in this event when they pick up the rally packet and then on Thurs. morning. Then from 7:45 to 8:45 starting on Thurs for 5 mornings we need to keep a record of the card they draw each day. We will have coffee in the morning and maybe even some goodies for you.

I would like 2 more helpers. You say you don't know what it is all about. There was info under the post needing a coordinator, Well add your name to the helper list and we will all be in the same boat, learning how to, i have been told the boat won't sink. We will even have coffee and I am told maybe goodies.

OK FOLKS-- I'm back on the recruiting stand again. Jan needs your help in volunteering as a helper with the AM Poker Hand event. As she stated, the job is in the original post when the Asst. Wagon Master asked for a Coordinator for this event. It's an easy volunteer position but you do have to be at the ECCC Building at 7:45 AM for an hour for the players to draw a card each day for five days. You might have to be at the ECCC Building on the 10th and 11th during parcel pickup to sign up the participants and take their money but aside from that that is all there is to this volunteer position. She needs two more volunteers/assistants so why not volunteer!??! It is a great way to meet your fellow attendees also!

If we don't find two more volunteer helpers for this event we will have to cancel it and this event is to much fun to do this. COME ON FOLKS, WE NEED YOUR HELP HERE! Please volunteer to help Jan our here!
