Bread in the convection oven?

Is anyone baking bread in their convection oven and what tips and tricks do you have?

Have never tried bread in the RV or home convection. But from all I have read, it does great. Just set temp 25 degrees lower than for regular oven. Supposedly rises better and browns better.

I have found that for the same temperature I had to lower the baking time.

I think either option will work, lower temp or shorter time. But since our oven manual and recipes I have seen specify lower temp I assume there is a reason for temp over time.
