I dont know the code but I seem to remember there is a "point and shoot" method that you can use for it to find the code itself. Go to mydish.com and click on program my remote and i think it walks you thru it. You will go thru a certain sequence of pushing buttons then point the thing to the TV and push a button (basically scrolling thru the codes) until the TV turns off.
