KItchen slide rollers missing?

I have a 2020 Montana High Country 334BH. When I extend the kitchen slide it first tips out a little and then extends. Also, I do not see any rollers under this slide. There might be a rubber strip so the rollers may be behind that, IDK. it seems off that I can't see rollers and the thing tilts out. This makes the dometic fridge really cranky and I have to fiddle with it to get the fridge level and the body of the trailer is tilted a bit, doors swing etc.

The other 3 slides on the rig have rollers visible: 4 on the bedroom, 3 on the rear bunk room, and only 2 on the dining/living room. This seems a little odd too since the living room is much longer than the 6 foot long bunk.

Also, the black woven fabric on the living room slide has torn where the roller rides, I guess this is common? I'm going to put a thin layer of UHMW polyethylene strip where these rollers ride.

rollers not missing

The kitchen slide does not have rollers underneath, because it has to alternately ride up over the floor to retract and conversely drop down into place upon being fully extended, the kitchen slide instead incorporates a hard acrylic like bar that allows the woven vapor barrier (darco) to glide in and out. At the outer edge of the slide, look underneath and you find 2 adjustment bolts to address the out of level condition you describe. You have the right idea, to install a 1/4"- 3/16" UMHW strip along the edges to cover and reduce friction where the darco fraying is occurring. I used a 3/16" piece of UHMW 12" wide by 34" long on each side of the slide to cover and protect the darco fabric from further wear.
