2017 Keystone Autolevel not working properly

2017 KM 3731FL This is the second issue we have had with the AutoLevel system. Currently the system turns on. Should read Jacks Up but it reads Jack Down. The only jacks that work under any circumstances are the front, glad for that as I can hook up an unhook from my truck. Middle and rear jacks will not move either using system to raise or lower them or autolevel. Autolevel, when pressed, says grounding jacks but does not and after 30 or 40 seconds times out and gives an error message. Tried disconnecting battery and charge and hoping it would reset. No help. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks, Ted

I'd start with a system reset. Or you can contact Lippert, they have great support.
