No water on so no water pressure; assuming water lines disconnected/drained? Has it been winterized? Was it just water or "pink stuff"?
If it has been winterized and antifreeze put in not many places for "water" to come from. Did it have a smell like possible old water from inside the toilet? The reason I ask; if it is a Thetford toilet they used to have (don't know about a 21) pockets inside the pedestal that would hold escaped water from the bowl if you had a bad pedestal seal. Just thinking out loud as what you describe would be very hard to have with no water. Weight on the toilet could have something to do with it depending on the source. Maybe someone else will have a better idea.
