Someone posted a name and phone number for a person high up in Montana Customer service at Keystone. Could it be reposted please. Have small issue I want to discuss with them before it becomes large issue! Thanks

Mike-- Give us a hint as to what the problem was! You got the curiosity up for many of us!

On going issue inre: slide operation. It appears to be under control now. Powers that be are getting it repaired after a delay. All seems better now

Good to hear. In general I've found Keystone ok to deal with.

I have had good luck communicating with Dave Soetaert. I called Keystone with a question before we bought our unit and have spoken to him a lot He sees my number come up on caller ID and answers " Hi Don". :-). I do not know what his position is at Montana but he has been reliable and a straight shooter. His email is soetd@keystonerv.com
