Many, Many years ago in the military, we performed preventative maintenance on all vehicles. One of the tasks was to check the battery water level. The easiest way to do this was to use the automatic water bottle. I purchased one several years ago for my golf cart batteries, and now use it on the Hanna batteries. Just fill it with distilled water, pop the cover on the battery, push the filler spout into the battery hole, wait until it stops gurgling, remove, and continue to the next hole. No spillage, no drips, and the best $$$ I ever spent.
