Inverter

Hi I have a montana 3791rd 2021. Has residential fridge. And in the basement has an inverter mounted for the fridge. I see the inverter has a additional outlet to plug something into it. I have a dorm size refrigerator in the basement and was wondering if this inverter can run the both fridge or not. Now this will only be used while attached to the TV of course while traveling. And if anyone knows if this model that this inverter runs any outlets inside the rig as well. Thanks guy’s

assuming you have a 2000 watt inverter you should not have any trouble adding your dorm fridge.

We have the Super Solar Flex package which comes with a 3000 watt inverter and all of the outlets inverted.
But I believe for 2021 all of the standard models come with the following outlets wired to the inverter:
-fridge
-pop up on counter near stove
-bedroom outlet beside dresser
-power recliners
-TV outlet

The unit we walked through before we ordered ours had some round stickers on the outlets that were powered by the batteries through the inverter.

hth!
Brad

All depends: on the size of the Inverter and the loads you plan to run.
We have a 1000 watt inverter and it runs our Whirlpool Fridge and a small portable Freezer. Been doing it for 5 years now, but we also have a battery bank of 4 six volt Trojan T105s.

That's the real issue, how many and what type of batteries do you have as well as how much power will your truck transfer to the batteries and how long will you be on the road.
