It all started with the ceiling fan......
... after 2 years and 3 months it was time to dust it off... actually, clean it. The dust bunnies were hanging over the fan blades, looked horrible. So I got on a short ladder and started cleaning off the fan blades. And then I noticed the cover over the motor was just as dusty, so cleaned it off. Then .... noticed the cob webs on the ceiling so got a broom and went around and got the cob webs off.
Then noticed all the dust that settled on the tops of the slide out trim, and the dust behind the trim, on all the cables. So I dusted them out. Then noticed the dust and crud on the tops of the cabinets, then the trim on the cabinet doors, then the spots from bugs on the walls, and the light fixtures were cruddy. Then I noticed under the kitchen sink, the floor was awful, pulled everything out there and swept and cleaned the floor. Then decided to sweep the entire floor (3 times) and mopped it twice, and then swept it again because more and more "thing-ies" kept appearing. Then noticed .... OH MY GOSH! There's no end! What have I done! What have I gotten myself into!
What's gonna happen when I look real close at the outside? ....
(Yes, I unwinterized too. That's what started the whole mess .....)
