Hydrolic line replacement

I have a leaking hydro line that goes out of the pump and up into the ceiling of my front storage compartment any idea where I could get a diagram of the hydro lines or any idea how I can find where it goes I have a 36 mountaineer 2010 and is it hard to fix myself thanks for any help and info

Get a helper and wiggle, the hyd line..it most likely is to the driver side front LG...the two front LG are connected in tandem... if you can find a helper with basic mechanical skills either tighten fittings just a tad or remove the leaking line and take to any local hyd shop.. they will make a new one..

Reinstall line and bleed system.. also very easy to do

The line 'probably' goes underneath the bed to run the slide. Raise the bed and remove the wood floor under the bed. There will be the slide mechanism etc....

You should actually have two lines going to the bed slide, one orange one which is the extend line, and one black line which is the retract line. In the photo, near the lower right, there is a black and an orange line coming in from the front compartment. You likely will have a hard time finding a replacement hydraulic hose as light as the ones installed in these rigs. In the second photo, I had to replace a line from the pump to the manifold, and had a new line made at an auto parts store that also caters to the agriculture community, and it is rated, I believe, 3,000 psi or higher. The replacement hose is the black with green stripe, Gates I think.
