Keystone did say they would "help out" I don't know that that means nor did I ask. We have the G,S extended warranty but I am sure they will not pay for the extra stuff. The work is being done the way I want it to be done if Keystone helps out that is good but makes no difference. We are having two batteries installed in Parallel and of course that is on me. I estimate that the bill will be @ 1300.00.I will write the entire check if I have to.

Thanks Rich. Which tanks are you having replaced? I haven't had any problems with my other 2 tanks other than valve in the wall to do with the black tank. Eliminated that valve. I won't pester you anymore with questions. Hope your repair is successful.

Final information on the two tank failures. They DID NOT fail at the inlets they both failed at the seam at the very top of the tank .That seam is were the top of the tank is sealed to the bottom. The weight of the liquid in the tanks caused the seam to fail.

We will bet that our failure will be the same as yours, Rich.

We actually heard the seam pop on the black tank while in Florida. We heard a noise like you blew up a paper bag and popped it .later we saw sewer water under the camper. We dump the black tank every three days as we have had enough failed tanks to know you can not hold much in a holding tank.
