black tank flush plugged?

2012 3402 no water flows at all anymore when I hook up the hose to back flush the black tank. The one way valve is working when I blow through it, and is installed in the correct direction. This was working in the past,Any ideas?
Thanks

I have noticed on my trailer that at some camp sites with low water pressure, my flush system doesn't work. So maybe, you have low water pressure? Or could be that the valve is stuck. I hope to be replacing my valve this summer before it causes me problems.

I removed the belly cover and found the inlet to the black water. It appears their is a screen inside the tank at hose connection had got clogged, I cleaned and now water flows.
