Meatball-cheese pockets

I love meatballs, cheese is yummy and who doesn't like the Pillsbury Doughboy????
Just stuff two biscuit sections with a meatball and some sauce, pinch the edges together, slap a little Butter on it and bake for ??... two beers, then lay slices of cheese on it, for half a beer and yank it out of the half-time oven. Eat it..

Hey Ozz, our meatballs are the size of a tennis ball. Don't think two Pillsbury Doughboys slices will work to cover them. Any suggestions! They do look good and it's to bad we don't have one of those new fangled micros in the Monte! Maybe the DW will let me buy a unit just so we can bake your idea!! LOL
