Has anyone ever stayed in Great Falls, Montana?

Yes, we stayed at Dick's RV Park in 2007 on our way to Alaska. As I remember, the park was big, long pull thrus, nice laundry and office area. The area was guiet. We stayed a few days in Great Falls and enjoyed the Lewis and Clark sites, we went out to Ulm and the State Park that is west of town to a buffalo jump, and the Charlie Russell home and museum--really wonderful western art! We also stayed at Dick's but on our way back from Alaska. We stayed a couple of days so we could get hair cuts and re-stock our cupboards. It was a nice park and an easy drive to Billings from there.

We 3 for Dick's RV Park on the way back from AK in 08. Same experience as Tim and Susan and Helen and Bill.

Thanks everyone...we too tried to stay at Dicks but we need full time as my husband is working on the dam here and they wouldn't give us a spot even though they have about 14 empty spots as they want to keep them for the daily rates...so we are staying in Fort Benton until something comes open.........36 mile drive one way to Great Falls.

We stayed a month in Great Falls, but I'm retired Army and we stayed at Malstrom Air Force base. Really liked Great Falls and the C.M Russell museum and home was awesome. GBY....
