AC Hepa Filter

Found this in the CW catalog - Replaces the ducted AC interior grille (Duo-Therm only) with a HEPA filter. It still has the bypass or Quick-Cold vent. Never saw one before and wonder if it cuts down on flow.

Anybody use one?

Would also be interested in applicability. DW has asthma and I can definitely see the benefits. Is that air conditioner the same as the factory installed one on the 3400RL??

Bingo - Our 3400 came with Dometic Duo-Therms so it will work. Our dealer said some are shipped with Coleman ACs, but I've actually never seen one with Colemans. Only $49 on sale.

I am totally ignorant about this, but after I got to thinking I remembered that the AC was ducted in our TT. I assume this to be the same in the 5er. Does that mean that this would only work if we close the vents away from the AC unit?? I don't have the 5er yet, so can you confirm if I am on the right path with regards to the vents??
I will look on CW's site to see if that helps any. Curiosity always gets me going.

Should've checked website first. Might have to try one of these this summer. I usually make a list and hit Camping World at Myrtle Beach when we are there (it is now added to the list). Come on July!!!
