shower head - replace or is there a fix?

Hi all,

We have the Montana High Country 385BR - and I HATE the shower head. The head itself is fine but as most of you know you cant really angle it - great if you arent short like me I guess. Does anyone know of a fix or part that I can buy to make the adjustment on the wall - or should I just buy an Oxygenics set and be done with it? Thanks for any insight!

I bought an Oxygenics shower head in our previous RV (2017 Laredo 330RL).
It was less than impressive…could not really tell any difference. For me - water pressure makes a difference more so than a shower head.

I looked at a YouTube video to see your shower head (first screen shot below) - and I see what you mean. My RV has an adjustable bar that the shower head is mounted to (second screen shot), and the shower head has a flow valve on it.
I would think you might be able to find a bar at Lowe’s/Home Depot + a new shower head to mimic my setup.

If you have a solid pipe coming through the wall for the shower head to fit onto, then you can replace it with anything you like. Or, pick up a hand held shower head on the end of a hose and simply screw the hose into the pipe. More than likely, the new hose kit will come with a hook to support the shower head on the wall.

If yours already has a hose, you can swap out the hand held head for anything you want. You can even attach another hose (2 hoses) for extra length.

You do not need to go to Keystone for a shower head, or an RV dealership. Any home improvement / hardware store has shower heads. They all fit.

Add an adjustable shower head mount if you are happy with your current shower head. Loads of them on Amazon.

Agree, simple fix. We put one of these from Amazon in our SB shower and it works fine and it's a cheap fix.

Just purchased a nicer residential adjustable sprayer head and hose with a water flow cut off switch on the handle. Works great.
