Hate to throw the old furniture away

In my 3711FL, I am replacing the large L shaped leather couch that has a recliner and fold out bed with Ikea furniture. While some of the leather is flaking off, the components are still functional. I hate to throw these pieces in the trash. Anyone have any viable ideas?

Post a picture in local Craigs List or Facebook market place or other local FB yard sale or trading post.

I just redid my 3711FL. The recliner is worthless without the LH arm. I suppose the corner piece might get some interest on CL, but it's custom made for that corner. I fabricated a LH arm for the sofa and reupholstered it and the loveseat to retain the layout, built an end table for the corner, and bought two, narrower recliners.

Salvation Army. A very good community service. Check their web site for local drop off sites that take large items. Or I think they will even pick it up from your location.

ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens) will pick up large items like that.
