Jimbo, the 14.2 is voltage of the battery, most likely bulk charging. The 000 is the amperage pull from the inverter, in this case Nothing, zero amps. If you are not getting power plugging a device into the inverter directly, then either the GFCI is tripped on the inverter outlet or the inverter itself is bad. If you are on shore power, then you will also see numbers such as these and the refrigerator should run from shore power and not the inverter. In that case, the auto transfer switch may be bad. You should see a cord plugged into the inverter. Trace it to a box also mounted on the basement ceiling. That will be the transfer switch. It supplies power to the refrigerator outlet and it sends either shore power or inverter power when shore power not available.
