Covered RV Storage in AZ

Wanting some info/feedback for folks who store their RV in AZ (looking near Queen Creek area as well as Green Valley). I have a 36.5 ft 5th wheel and considering storing instead of trying to find a home with RV garage or a drive way on-site. Most homes there don't allow "true" RV parking on side of home visible above fence line due to HOA rules. What do folks do and rent price/availability ? Thx !! (dacubed)

I have kept my last 2 rigs in covered storage close to home. Runs me about $160 a month. There is a lot of demand so you could wind up in an uncovered spot for a few months.
