It’s always fun and interesting to watch nature. We live with woods on 3 sides of our hill home. I’m kinda laid up for a while, pulled a hamstring and can’t get up stairs. I’m sleeping in the sun room. Yesterday about daybreak I watched 5 does come up through the yard. The small does slipped under a fence 16 inches off the ground like it was 3 feet off the ground and the larger does hoped over the fence almost in slow motion. They were following by 2 bucks the all went down in front of the house over to a thicket to spend the day. I’ve seen them jump over 30 feet in length with out even trying. They run across the hay field and jump across my road and fence and into the woods like it’s nothing. A couple weeks ago there was 25 turkeys in the yard where the deer come though they eased along down in front of the shop. Interesting to watch.
