Need an Honest Answer Please

The last time I had a complete wheel bearing maintenance done was April of 2021. They grease and check torque on all the suspension bolts too. They clean and repack the bearings. Because of many things we have not put on 500 miles on the Montana in total these last two years. This year we will probably put on 200 miles to our favorite campground and back home. My question is do I really need another complete wheel bearing service this year?
