With all the stuff going on - any news on Great Lakes Rally 2020? We're going to be bouncing around after Nat Rally and was trying to figure out plans for stuff so we could be back at Morryde 10/1 for IS

I hope this finds everyone safe and healthy. 2020 has certainly been challenging with still a lot of unknowns. However, 2021 Western Blast is probably accepting reservations already. Do we have an organizer (not really a Wagonmaster) for Western Blast? Should we just make reservations and tell them to put us with the Montana group? We had to cancel last year and are hoping that we can attend this year. And, judging by the number of people interested in our spot, there are probably many that would like to attend if Covid 19 is less of a threat.

I believe Carolyn is still the coordinator for the Winter Blast Fireworks gathering. They have been taking reservations since Feb. Just ask to be placed with the Montana group and all should be good.

With all the increases in covid 19 this is probably a good decision. We have more cases here in Texas now than when we were heavily social distancing. I'm afraid we are trying to come back to soon from this virus. I think my rv will probably be parked for the year.

I suspect a lot depends on how the virus is affecting everyone. But The Winter Blast in Lake Havasu is taking reservations and there will likely be a gathering in Quartzsite in the third week of January with or without a Wagon Master (I think they are still looking for a volunteer).

We signed up for the 2021 Western Winter Blast this weekend. They still had spots. We had to sell our spot this year and hope that 2021 starts getting back to normal.

Just a heads up for anyone making reservations for Winter blast 2021 I sent a message since they have a
" No Refund Policy " and asked if it's canceled because of the pandemic will there be refunds.
Here's the response I got from Mark with Havasu Rodeo Yes there will be a refund.

2021 Western Region Rally Coeur d'Alene Idaho
Good news. We have been able to secure reservations for Blackwell Island RV Park in Coeur d'Alene Idaho for the 2021 western region rally.
Mark your calendars: The rally dates are 6/30/21 to 7/7/21. This will allow everyone to enjoy the July 4th activities in the area.
We have re-scheduled the Dolores, Colorado rally to 6/8/22 to 6/15/22.
