We pulled the trigger.

We got ourselves a new 3791 on February 14th. So far we have identified a few issues but I guess they are gonna have to wait since the factory shut down for this virus. Oh well, we’ll get ‘em fixed eventually!
We are happy with the floor plan too!

Congrats. We got a 3791 last October. Love the floor plan too. What kind of issues are you having? We've had very little problems so far.

Yes the floor plan (and storage outside) works well. I wish there was a bit more storage inside though. I’m glad to hear that you had a good experience!

We had mostly small things, but it seems there was a number of them. A few of the not small things;
*The cable that raises the televator broke, also damaging the wiring to the fireplace and an hdmi cable too.
*The main door would open (even though locked) while going down the road.
*One of the slam locks for the basement didn’t hold and would allow the door to be opened while locked.
*The bathroom door fell off its slide on one end.
All of these things occurred driving on the interstate between Wichita Falls and Houston not in some off-road excursion.

There were other small issues. We have been to our local dealer in Rockport (not the selling dealer) to get these things fixed under warranty - but the factory has shut down so no parts for now.

I had the same issue with the main door opening. I've gotten in the habit of just locking the deadbolt before we pull the trailer now. I'm sure its just an adjustment thing, but I can't seem to get it adjusted just right. Our only other issue is the theater seats are falling apart. The right side armrest is leaning about 20 degrees and now you can't raise the leg rest on that side because the armrest will hit the wood trim of the slide. Factory is supposed to replace under warranty, but that's on hold now.
