Timbren Life Time Warranty

Wanted to share the outstanding warranty service we received from Timbren. I had a set of Timbrens put on our 2009 Ram 2500 when it was new in April of 2009 to resolve a squat issue. Sitting in Florida on our patio last month looking at the back of the truck I noticed something didn't look right. Crawled under the truck to discover the Timbren SES rubber absorber was gone. Hardware and mounting shaft were in place but rubber gone. Wife and I discussed the noise we heard on the way down while on Interstate 22 in Mississippi, which we thought was something in the road hitting the truck, must have been the Timbren departing the vehicle. Called Timbren in Canada told them what happened. Mind you they have been on the vehicle 11 years and a 148k miles. Could not have been treated better. Personable and professional. 3 days later a new set was delivered by UPS to the RV park we were at. No charge. Hear a lot of horrible service issue stories on the forum. Thought I would pass a great consumer experience on.

That's good to know. I have a set that have been transferred from a 2011 truck to a 2014 truck, and now to a 2018 truck. Still holding up just fine.
