2022 3121RL Brake Adjustment

My Montana is having a hard time stopping. 2500 miles. Brake controller used to lock up at 7.5 now it’s at 9.5 and not locking brakes. Are they self adjusting or do I have to manually set them. Looked for splines on axle and didn’t see them. Dexter axle
Thank you

Yes, your brakes are self adjusting when rolling forward. If they aren't adjusting you might do it yourself but it might be a warranty item if they aren't working correctly.

What are you towing with? I had similar issues with our 2012 RAM. The OEM brake controller just didn't give me the control and adjustability I wanted. I removed it and installed my Tekonsha P2 and haven't had a problem since.

Fixed them by repeatedly stopping.
