Wheel skirts
Just had a blowout on my 2013 Montana 3900FB (front passenger side). I'm not sure of the age of the tires (I'm the second owner) so I will be replacing all four with either Sailun's or Goodyear. My problem is that the fender skirt was destroyed from the blowout and I have been unable to find an exact replacement or something even close. It seems that my year 5er doesn't have a lot of information available when looking for replacement parts. I hope someone out there can give me some usable information. Thanks.

Try trekwood.com.
Based on what I read here - the shipping cost they charge will be as much or more than the part.

Instead of trying to match what you have, you could buy 2 new ones; $120 & free shipping for prime.. All your skirts will be new instead of 10 years old. Available in several colors. Seems a better deal than paying $204 + shipping for 1 skirt,

I feel your pain. I too had a blowout recently and bought 4 new Sailuns in my signature and the blow out destroyed the sheetmetal on the slide and the fender skirt was destroyed as well. I contacted a Montana dealership and he was able to order the sheetmetal and exact fender skirt from the factory. I was very surprised that parts for a 2005 model was available.

On Amazon search RV fender skirt. Many varieties to choose from. I used the ones from ICON.

CONTACT ICON DIRECT RV PARTS: 888-362-4266. Heidi helped me.
If the one needing to be replaced is in (2) two pieces, you will cut it yourself with a simple hack saw. Hope this helps.
