FINAL UPDATE
Helen and I went up to Sandusky to pick up the packets Lake Erie shores made up for us. They are very well done and there is more information in the packets than I could ever relate.
Cedar Point.. If you are a senior you get the best deal 19.95
AAA (Have to be a member) 37.00
Meijer's a super market chain) 39.95
Drug Mart 39.95
There are many other discounts for
the Island tours and Ferry's
For you Bikers there is Mad River harley an experience all in itself. Lots of eye candy there.
We went to the campground a picked out our sites since we know how many will be there. We have the best pull throughs in the C.G and those who wanted backins with cable have them. They will be all in a row.
There is not much agenda as this is a area packed with things to do,
If you picked out one day trip a day you would never be in the C.G.
For those going to the VA rally I think we have that worked out and we will talk about it at the rally. Stopover at a firgrounds in Wva.
OH.. BRING EXTRA SEWER HOSE as the hook ups are in the rear of the sites..???? AND just in case..BRING BOARDS OR SOME LEVELING BLOCKS.
We are on grass and we have had a lot of rain and some of the sites are lumpy.
Looks like a good rally. A couple of us will be there the 4th.

Slewis..Not a problem. Bill and Donna should already be there. We will be in the 4th around noon.. IF we are not there take any Pull through Pt-17 through 23. Do not take PT 15 or PT-16
For anyone who may come in before the 4th.. Any Pull through PT 17-23 belong to MOC. Make sure you tell the CG you are MOC. PT 15 and PT 16 are special use sites.

Jst had a call from Bill Tea owner of Town& Country RV in Clyde, ohio. They will be providing the Wine & Cheese at the meet and greet August 5th, We will bring a coffee maker and coffee.
If you have a favorite beverage to share bring it. BTW there are plenty of great winery's in the area. Also a finger food would be nice....nothing fancy.

Rich and Helen, thanks for the great GLakes rally effort, and planning. We wanted to attend this rally so much. Judy had surgery this morning for basil cancer of the nose. She did fine, and extensive area was treated and she looks like a retired prize fighter with bandages and her left eye almost closing. We extend our warm thoughts to you all and certainly wish were were with all of you. Hopefully we can get to the Va rally next week. If I can just get Judy to take the gloves off!! Oh oh,,,,one more round! dl

Prayers, hugs and a dash of prairie dust to you all.
