North American Fall Rally Hand Signals Class

Once again, Vickie and I will be teaching the ever popular hand signals and backing seminar. There is no need to sign up for the class, there will be plenty of room for everyone who wants to attend. In order to get the most out of the class, we encourage both spouses attend. Backing is a “team” sport so both members of the team should attend to get the most benefit from the class. When the schedule is posted, plan on attending. See you at the rally.

Will be there. Excellent presentation with great discussion last year.

This one is one of the more practical sessions I've enjoyed in the past years at the Fall Rally. Jim and Vickie do an excellent job on this session and it is well worth attending. As Jim states it is a partnership session because one cannot learn to read and give hand signals by themselves when backing into a site.

Many of the "Parking Team" volunteers are graduates of this class. In fact, the "Parking Team" fully endorses attending this class. Even for seasoned campers you can still pick up a tip or two. For those that want to see a prelim of what will be, click on the volunteer link on the "Parking Team" thread. This is not a paid endorsement. But I do like bourbon.

Taking our time on a winding rural two lane during our last outing, I'm pretty sure some of the folks that were able to pass us must have attended one or more hand signal classes. Fortunately each one that passed us gave us a hand signal that we are #1. At least that was our impression of the hand signals...

That’s the one that we try to avoid.

Class must be for wife swatting flies as you're backing in. See that a lot.

Just a reminder that to get the most out of the class, both the husband and wife should attend as backing is team sport.
