Remember to use large fender washers when you go back up with Corplast. It does tend to tear when installing screwed in fasteners in the same hole as the original nails.

I believe it was a 1/4" bit you need to remove the plastic first off of the nail head

Stick a screwdriver under the washer and pry down while you use your drill/driver. I have also been able to pop those back in with a hammer

Just thought I would share.
This is what we replaced our coroplast with. Standard roofing aluminum sheets that are 36" wide x 96" long. You only need to remove one sheet if your trying to access an area. Used spray foam to seal the profile of the edges.

Additional suggestion when replacing underside, be sure to use galvanized or stainless steel tec screws with the fender washers.

You sound a little OCD like me. I've replaced the underside chloroplast with 1/8" thick aluminum plate. Great list

That's exactly what I had in mind.
If you don't mind what did the plate cost you and where did you order it from?

Here are a couple of things I did when I had the outside layer off. after tying up the electrical put in a layer of silver reflective insulation, then add a couple inches of high density foam under the water tanks. Then I brought in a hot expanding foam machine and covered all the bottom with a couple inches of insulation. this keeps the temp up when its cold outside but also keep out mice. then replace the bottom to make it water tight.

Jim - I did a quick google search and there are many places that sell 1/8" aluminum plate.
I punched in a size of 8x4 plus my delivery zip code just to see what it added up to...see screen shot below. So this particular site sells it for $12.65/sf delivered.
In contrast, the metal roofing panel (single sheet) used by McRod in post #24 above is going to cost ~$30 or so from Lowes or Home Depot.

Yeah, I think I picked mine up for $25 a sheet. The ribbing of it gives it rigidity so it don't sag from side to side. There are very few places to put in a screw in the middle, which is why the coroplast sags.
It's available in different colors. I chose brown for dirt reasons, and my rig has the brown fbp color scheme.
