What Am I Seeing on the small front A/C

Sometimes when the humidity is extreme, I will get a few drips of water from the front bedroom A/C unit. Normally when the humidity is reasonable, the water pours out of the drip drains off the roof with no problem, so I don't think I have any plugged drain holes. I'll shut it down for an hour or so and works fine. Running the fan on High, not auto. Any ideas?

Once, I got a little water inside; humidity was high. Has not happened again.

Could be a taping issue where the AC fits over the hole allowing a little bit of cold air back into the return air duct.
