I have been doing the work there for probably 30 years, they had an old boiler that was really temper mental, I would go up when it was real cold and get it running before services to warm the place up, probably twice a month. It would take a couple hrs. I never charged anything for that.
This was 3 Pastors ago, the new ones come aboard and shake things up an get new HVAC guys, but usually call me back, as the equipment is 1/2 new and 1/2 old. I am old... so I know how to fix it, I just change the old bubble gum with my new bubble gum that holds it together..
Lynwood, if it was a church I was attending, I would just give the small business guy the $200 and make it go away. I guess the business owner is 'reeling' from the theft, he probably isn't a bad guy...or girl.
