Golf signup, tee times set!!!!!

Just made tee times of 9:20, 9:30, 9:40 and 9:50 for four foursomes.

Now, let's fill those slots!!!!!

Ok, now to make tee times, I need to know exactly how many duffers we will have.
I will keep a rolling tab so if someone wants to play with a certain group or person, you can make that arrangements.
Please let me know as soon as possible so I can get the tee time reserved.
Date will be August 1st, hopefully starting around 9am.

Steve, for sure you can put me down to be there. Don't know if I'll be able to play but, at least I can heckle the pros.

Steve put me down for the worst duffer in the bunch! I'm not picky who I play with because I can look bad no matter who is with me! [

Steve arranged for 1/2 off green fees and we have six signed up.

It's Saturday, August 1st and gotta believe the weather will be great! We have a good rally attendance so far and let's get at least 6 more golfers signed up to have a great morning. We start at 9:20 and should be done by noon or a little later.

No one is a pro but the word hacker comes to mind for me anyway! Let's have some early AM fun everyone. Sign up now. Tks. Dennis

Dennnis-- apparently you haven't seen me golf! Three to four hours may get me thru the first three holes anyway!Sounds like fun! Yup we need some more to sign up to play also! We already have enough on the beverage limo from what I can see! That tee time will give me enough time to get back and crank up the ice cream makers for the potluck that night then too! I think it is on Saturday night isn't it?
Does anyone know if we will be on gravel or on concrete for our sites? May need to barrow a plugin from another unit next door and run an extension cord over to my unit, if I'm cranking up 2-3-4 freezers and it would be better if we had somewhere for the saltwater from the freezers to run without the possibility of killing any grass at the sight. Guess that will take care of itself when we get there! May bring a couple of extra dish pans just incase!
Back to the subject of this post-- FOUR!!!

We'll all have fun Ron. I'm declaring that I am Amish and no one will be able to take pictures of my day at the links!

We'll all help each other with things including plugs for ice cream maker, etc. You'll find as we did the group works well for a mutual good time. It would be great if we could get at least 12 hackers for 3 groups. Dennis

Well we know who is signed up so far, do we need to send out some PMs or emails and see if we can get more to sign up for the outing? I don't think that is fair to declare yourself Amish and not have pictures taken. Maybe we'll just have to get out the telescopic lens and get some distant shows!

Probably wasn't PC on my part, but won't mind really, who's watching or taking pix. My game will need major focus as my body has probably lost its "memory" on swing, etc. but should be fun. Not sure we really need to PM folks, as they'll decide to play or not and that's just fine. Just trying to keep it in front of everyone that we'd like many more to sign up. Tks.

You're probably right about the PM or emails! If they want to golf they will jump in here anyway! I hope we can at least get two complete foursomes though! See you in three weeks!

The Golf outing came off without a hitch at the Mackinaw Club here in Mackinaw City Michigan this AM. We ultimately had 5 players and the course was great and so were the low fees. I carted with George (jaybird) and we also had Steve (Emmel), Dennis (tbhd) and Ron (Rondo). The weather was great up until the 16th hole but we still finished the course with Emmel out front and jaybird second. This GL rally has been great and have had some great moments meeting some new friends from the MOC. Great dinner scheduled for the rally members tonight! Thanks Emmel for getting this group together and arranging for the discounted fees...even though you came in first! I will get past this!!!
