Here a copy of the pretzel salad from the other night's dinner.
2 2/3 cup coarsely chopped pretzels
1 ½ cubes butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries (I used 2 large frozen pkg.), sliced
¾ large ctn. Cool whip
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 cups pineapple juice
Cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Mix pretzels and butter or oleo; press into a 9x13 inch dish. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Let cool. Spread cheese mix over pretzels; chill. Spread Cool Whip over cheese (I mixed the cream cheese mix with the cool whip). Chill. Dissolve jello in hot pineapple juice; add the strawberries. Allow to set. Pour over top and refrigerate.
