Furrion oven

We have a 2019 HC 373RD with a Furrion oven. Has anyone had issues with or know how to remedy the burner from going out while baking? This has happened to us several times now. Any help would be appreciated before I deal with the hassle of calling Furrion.

We have had the same issue with our Furion oven during pre-heating but after it gets to the desired baking temperature it operates pretty well.
We have found that during the warmup that if we set the temperature all the way to the highest setting that it does not go out. Once we see the temperature is higher than desired, we simply set it down, let it cool back down and away we go.
