Tripping Furnace Switch using gas heat
Help, please!
This is super frustrating. My furnace switch keeps tripping and completing blanking out my thermostat when I’m running gas heat. Anyone had this problem?
It’s runs and blows for about 2 minutes, and the. Craps out. I’ve got a 2022 3761FL. This shouldn’t be happening on such a new model. Any advice would be appreciated.I’m a DIY guy, so I’m not afraid to tackle a repair, just not sure where to start.

I think the newer models have a self resetting fuse for the furnace. If I remember correctly it is in the DC distribution fuse panel. Others have reported successful trouble resolution replacing that with a standard fuse. A search might find existing threads on the resettable fuse.

Is it lighting and going off after the 2 minutes or does the blower come on and does not light after three attempts and shuts down?

Ok, it’s tripping the reset switch. That’s a different issue than the one I just experienced, sorry, I won’t be able to offer any help on that one.

There is a furnace troubleshooting guide in the files section. Dometic doesn't publish anything of any help whatsoever. However you can find manuals for Atwood (Dometic bought out Atwood). You can also find manuals for Suburban furnaces.
Most of them follow the same sequence of operation.
