We have many of the same problems with our 2013 3402 Big Sky. BTW we took one look at the latches on the Tv drawer and added a strap across the Tv to hold it in...None of our drawers close.They open going around a corner. Helen says the microwave does not heat properly.Our toilet seat fell off.
