Entry Door Adjustment

Feel my entry door needs to be adjusted. Door is rubbing at top left hand corner in the curved area. Makes it hard to open and close and it has rubbed the paint off. Doesn't appear, that I can see, to be slotted holes at the hinges to be able to adjust. Thinking there has to be some way to adjust? I am sitting level so that is not the problem. Anyone else had this problem?

Been there, have the shirt. Hopefully you are still covered by warranty. My door frame/door (one unit) was improperly installed at the factory. My dealer replaced the frame and after painting the new door everything works without the door scraping the frame.

We have always been careful over the years to not put anything heavy in the door storage bins.

I am sure you resolved this, based on the date. We recently had a similar experience with the screen door, resolved it by bending the hinges back to their original 90 degree state. Some how they got to be less than 90 degrees, which pushed the edge of the door toward the frame, binding the door. It doesn't take much to throw the door off position, I would estimate my re-bending the hinges was about 3 or 4 degrees of bend back to 90 degrees. I hope this helps.

Entry door rubbing top left corner

I unbolted the top hinge and found it to be so tight that I could barely move it with channel lock pliers. I applied a couple drops of WD40 to that hinge only, freed it up a little and the door no longer strikes the frame. There may be a better way to loosen the seized hinge but that was definitely what was causing the issue.

Start by making sure your rig is level and that it hasn't moved. If you just arrived and leveled make sure you don't have too much slope. If you do try putting blocks under the wheels on the low side. It's worked for me several times.
