roof

We have just discovered that the rubber roof membrane is pulling away from the end-cap of the trailer. We have a 2002 Big Sky 3280 RL. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, did you contact Keystone for help and what happened. We are going to a Montana dealer tomorrow for assistance. Thanks! Mike & Sally

We had that problem on ours. We carried it to the dealer and some of the screws that hold the front cap were broken. They called Keystone and they replaced the roof at no cost to us.It was 2 years old. Keystone will take care of their customers, or have us so far.
