Shower Floor Support problems

The corner shower in my Mountaineer 315 has always had a fair amount of flex in the front part of the floor by the drain. I recently noticed that the drain is settling. There is a small access panel through bedroom - meaning too small to do anything but look. The shower floor sits on a plywood platform supported by way too few 3.5 inch blocks. As best I can see through the opening,the platform goes to the drain but does not extend in front of the drain. Somehow, I need to fix this before the drain starts to leak. Would appreciate any comments or suggestions. Would obviously not like to remove the shower to correct this poor installation problem. Thanks

Did you talk to Montana about tjis. It sounds like a structral problem to me.

Gene, Thanks for the suggestion. I am so accustomed to fixing minor problems myself, I overlooked the obvious. I just emailed Keystone and was pleasantly surprised that they had an email address to accept problems. I am new to MOC and am very impressed how everyone is so helpful.
