Rear jacks "electric"

While browsing the RV lots we saw a 3670 with electric jacks in the rear. One switch controlled the motor and it seemed to be a single screw that moved both jacks. I am curious how that would work when the ground was not level. Do you have to level with blocks? Does anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks

John

I have rigged up a socket for my cordless drill and can lower or raise my rear jacks in seconds with no effort. I have also made adapters for cranking the front jacks and the slide hydralic pump if ever needed.
