furnace recall

Merry Christmas to all.Been hearing a lot about a furnace recall.I believe its for a wirering harness problem.We have a 2018 3721rl,how can we find out if we are on the recall list.We have never received any info from camping world.Thank you

We got a letter from Keystone dated Sept.18,2018. Service campaign #18-318 about wiring that can come in contact with the exhaust vent tube, causing furnace to shut down in a safe manner.

The fix is installing a fiberglass sleeve around exhaust tube, then reinstall exterior vent.

I called the nearest dealer and asked about the recall and they told me to bring it in. The tech came out to the parking lot and did the fix. I was gone in 15 minutes. They remove the furnace tube and install a white fiberglass sleeve over the tube -see pic below. They write down your furnace serial number and send you down the road.

I wonder if they would just give me the sleeve to install by myself.Would sure beat a trip to camping world
