No problem; we make the circle as big as necessary. Just let us know where you want to be when (if) you arrive.

Scott, please modify us to 1/15 to 1/29 for our stay. If you need a hand getting set up, we’d be available to help. Will probably be in before noon. Smoking some cheese right now to have at happy hour. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Also, don’t forget the free Ham testing at Quartzfest.

Hi Scott, first time going to this event and my wife has a few questions now that the schedule has been posted: Are the "happy hours" just drinks or are they are potluck as well? If food, is anyone coordinating/is there a sign-up sheet or similar?

Thanks!

Sorry, I forget we have new people. Most evenings we will get together for happy hour and a camp fire. We will set up tables near the fire pit. Those choosing to participate, will bring hors d'oeuvres to share; bring your own drinks. We keep it informal; no one is in charge and participation is voluntary. We usually start before dark about 4:30 and linger around the camp fire into the night.

And thanks for reminding me, I forgot to put the pot luck on the schedule. Towards the end of our stay, we will have a pot luck dinner. This is our big get-together. Bring your own plates, utensils & chairs. We will need everyone who has tables to bring them. Campfire at dusk

The schedule in post 64 has been updated to add the pot luck on Sunday.

Ah, thanks. I am sure the campfire will be well attended since the temps are forecasted to be pretty cold, certainly a lot colder than I had hoped for! I will definitely have a few bottles of Irish whiskey on hand to keep me happy and warm.

I see that, but it does not look like it will be as cold as last year. The wind never stopped and people stayed inside a lot; the campfire was popular. By the 16th it looks like daytime times will be mid 60's, nights mid 40's and no snow. Perfect; that's why we go!

We will be arriving in the afternoon on 1/15, we are dropping our rig for repairs that morning and will be there as soon as it is completed.

Due to the RV repair shop not getting us in the schedule, they may not have our rig completed on the 15 as we had originally planned, in which case we may be arriving on the 16th at the latest.

We're coming to join you.

Brian & Kathy are coming on the 18th and coming along with us is a MOC member who now has a SOB. We'll be outside the circle unless there's room inside.
Leaving on the 23rd.
