Mine had to be running and raining. The tech explained that the restricted return ducts would cause the return air fan to create a vacuum in the Styrofoam cover over the condenser and fan. It made since considering there was water sprayed all over the Styrofoam, fan, and in the return air area. He feels some of the water is being sucked in from the seal and the room does have a slight bow due to the weight of the AC unit. Still waiting to hear from Keystone though...
