Fan-Tastic Vent Comes Through Again

Several times I have read on the MOC Forum how Fan-Tastic Vent came through for them. My Interior Garnishment (the inside well cover with the bottom lip)has been cracked for a few months. I kept putting off replacing it. I called Fan-Tastic Vent last Thursday and inquired about ordering the part and was willing to pay if need be. The rep I spoke with told me one would be on the way to me the next day. Sure enough this Tuesday morning, UPS delivered the part with no charge.
Now Fan-Tastic is a company standing behind their product.
Thank you Fan-Tastic Vent.
Joe

Hopefully they'll continue that kind of service under the new owner.

If someone would ask me what product name gives the best service, or stands behind their product, the very first company would be them, I would think of.
Super service and great people.

The only manufacturer that I'm aware of that surpasses Fantastic Fan is from the firearm reloading world. Their name is Dillon, and the manufacture reloading presses that come with their "No BS" guarantee. And they mean it. I read about a guy who sent one back that had been damaged in a house fire, and Dillon replaced it, no questions asked. I have one that is 20 years old and the only question they ever ask if I need a part, is where to send it.

We purchased a new Fantastic Fan and found out the inside garnish was only 4 1/2 inches deep and needed about 5 1/2 inches to fill in the gap. Called them up and received a new garnish, free. We picked it up at the factory and the people there were very friendly.

Add Smith and Wesson to that catagory, they sent my .38 Airweight back all fixed like new..no charge, even paid for the shipping.

I have told many an RVer about the Fantastic Vent company, they certainly have earned themselves a great reputation.

S&W customer service has varied widely over the years, depending on who owned them at the time. When they were owned by a French company, their customer service was pretty bad. The newer owners have returned them to the ranks they of were before they were bought out the first time, which as you state is top notch.

They are one of the best if not the best vendors. They've supplied me with switches and information free of charge and have invited me to call at any time.
