Found this when we returned home....

I noticed a leak on my tray and traced the line, when I saw this. I was able to remove the line before it burst. Anyone have this trouble? It was the bedroom slide hydraulic line.

OH my gosh! Glad you caught it before the big mess came! Where is it exactly? above the pump?
It looks like a thin Mission Tire

Reopening this post. Here is what I found on my new (1 month old) 3585SA when I opened the front compartment.
To say the least I was concerned. I think this is line goes to the BR slide but not sure. The dealer has sent this and several pictures to Keystone. It makes me worry about what else lurks where I can't see it.

Sorry to see that Roger. It must be a messy job to get that fixed.
I guess I now understand why there is a belly cover on these rigs, and why I'm not going to look in there ever again. I'll just wait till stuff starts leaking out.

The problem is that the vendor (manufacture) of the hose, is having a problem with pin holes in the tube of the hose. The tube is the inner part of the hose, then the braid, then the cover, which is only there to protect the braid. Keystone needs to get in touch with the vendor to take care of this problem, there should be some kind of a day code on the hose to determine when it was run, so they can make a recall.

Mine burst before I noticed the bulge - Put out the slides and they stopped just befor all 3 were open - of course I kept trying and tried to bring them back in! what a mess - all over the front storage compartment, folding chairs, batteries and what have you. It was the bedroom slide hose - easy to replace but a big clean up. I called Lippert as my rig was only 18 months old but they said that Keystone install the hydraulic lines so the warranty is with them - of course it had run out after 1 year. Went and had a real good one made at a hydraulic shop for about $20 - the guy there said that the one Keystone installed were not very good quality.(my words, not the hydraulic guy's!)
Good Luck!

Still waiting to hear from dealer. My rig is 3 hours away and I haven't bought a truck yet. They are either going to have to haul it in or go out there and fix it. I hope I was lucky, since I am back home and for all I know it could be burst now. I would be interested to know the line pressure the hoses are carrying so I could run it by our own internal specifications here at work and see how the hoses compare to the results.

I had the same aneurysm on bedroom slide hoses caught under warranty. The rear slide hoses failed one year later covered under extended warranty. My pump leaked from new and replaced under factory warranty. Only the hydraulic pistons are original equipment hydraulic system components on my fiver. I had the same "quality" hoses as well.
