Level Up jack pad bolt
While crawling around under our Montana today torqueing the axle u-bolts, which were under torque specs but not loose, I remembered I had not posted an issue we had this past July. We had taken our trailer in to CW west of Boise, ID for repairs, and when picking it up 3 days later, we hooked up, checked the hitch solidly connected, and lifted the two front hydraulic jacks. I noticed an unusual hole in the pavement dead center under where the right jack had been. Upon checking, I discovered the 5/8" bolt, that holds the jack pad, had backed out, probably 3/4". I had to get my 15/16" box end wrench out to screw the bolt back in. When we arrived back in the park we were staying at, I went around to all the jacks with a hammer and the wrench, and used the hammer to solidly whack the wrench to tighten all the bolts. Would have hated losing a jack pad. Just a heads up.
