Storage gain from LCD install.

When I put in the Fireplace I had two doors left so I used them to access the space that was taken up by the big tube TV after I put in the Panasonic LCD. The slot under the TV is where my up converting DVD
player goes. It is in my stick house now. The new cupboard is in the biffy room and was the only place to access this space.. I had planned to put a door over the stairs but I have a plumbing vent pipe there.

Nice job on the modification. When we installed the flat panel LCD in our coach we put a washer/dryer into the recovered space facing into the bathroom. The LCD in the bedroom also freed up some storage space as well.

Getting rid of that huge Zenith monstosity and replacing it with a HD LCD gave us needed room for our printer, print server, Dish DVR, Internet modem, and router...wow!

It just wasn't that much work!
